Within the framework of the GDPR Law which came into force on May 25, 2018, Universal Concept SPRL implements confidential and strict regulations on the use of your data.
How are your data protected?
Universal Concept SPRL applies generally recognized technological and organizational security measures so that the personal data collected is neither lost, nor diverted, nor consulted, nor modified, nor disclosed by unauthorized third parties unless the communication of this data is imposed by the regulations in force, in particular at the request of a judicial authority, the police or any other authority empowered by law.
The data manager ensures that he has made every effort to protect the data. Access to data is limited to “competent*” persons and requires a password.
The security of personal data also depends on the “users”. Users who are members of the Universal Concept SPRL website agree to keep their username and password confidential. Members also undertake not to share their account and to declare to Universal Concept SPRL any unauthorized use of said account as soon as they become aware of it.
